why is is that i didn’t eat very much… but what i did eat was all carbs?
i’m going to cut out carbs for a bit. south beach?
after this weekend, i think. cause i am going back to my house to visit my roomies. and i know we’re goign to be partying and stuff. after that, i’m going to cut alcohol and starchy carbs.
it’s a salad kind of life.
